Philip Young has over 40 years’ experience as an industrialist and real estate developer, focused on turn-key interior solution in the multi-family, hospitality, student housing and assisted living sectors. Head-quartered out of Norcross, GA, he has offices and production facilities on five continents, producing office-furniture, cabinets, countertops and shower glass.

Young has been directly responsible for over $100 million of cabinet installations and more than $10 billion in construction projects. He has purchased and rehabilitated several multi-family projects, completed numerous turnkey rehabilitation projects for clients and developed multi-family projects from ground up that he continues to own and manage.
